Are You a Trading Company or a Factory?
We are a factory with 35 employees and about 3,000 sqm of floor space. We have capacity to produce about 15–30 injection molds per month.
What Kind of Molds Do You Make?
We mainly make plastic injection molds, with matching injection molding capability.
How Can I Get a Quotation?
We aim to send a quotation within two working days after receiving: 3D/2D drawings, material requirement, surface treatment, quantity (per order / month / annual), and any special demands such as packing, labels, or delivery.
What Drawing File Types Do You Accept?
IGS, STP, STEP, X_T, AutoCAD, STL, and similar formats.
What Mold Steels Do You Use?
Any steel appointed by the customer or common market grades such as P20, 718, 8407, NAK80, H13, S136, DIN 1.2738, DIN 1.2344, and others.
Can You Provide Steel and Heat-Treatment Certificates?
Yes. We can provide steel certificates or heat-treatment certificates for every export mold.
Can You Arrange Texture Text Heat Treatment or Nitriding?
Yes. As a plastic mold factory we work with long-term partner suppliers for texture, text, heat treatment, and nitriding.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
50% prepayment and 50% final payment before shipment.
How Long Is Lead Time for a Plastic Injection Mold?
It depends on mold size and complexity. Normally lead time is about 25–45 days.
Do You Make Samples or Pilot Runs?
Yes. We can run samples or a pilot for the mold when needed.
How Many Injection Molding Machines Do You Have?
Per our FAQ materials, we have 20 sets of injection molding machines. Our February 2022 equipment list documents Haitian, Victor, and related presses then on site; equipment continues to be updated.
What Plastic Materials Do You Usually Use?
PP, ABS, PC, POM, PA, HDPE, HIPS, PS, AS, PBT, PET, PMMA, PVC, and other materials as specified.
Can I Follow Production Without Visiting?
Yes. We offer a production schedule and weekly reports with digital pictures and videos showing machining progress.
What If We Receive Defective Products?
Describe the defects in detail and provide the lot number. We take containment actions immediately and prepare corrective and preventive actions.
